Ordering and shipping
Shipping costs vary according to the city where you are located:
Bogotá: $13.000
Rest of the country: $15.000
Shipments to cities or regions with high temperatures are protected to prevent the products from melting.
Delivery times depend on the city where you live. These are the delivery times we handle:
Bogota: We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week. That same afternoon you receive your order.
*If you place your order on Tuesday or Friday after 9:00 am, it will be delivered the next day of dispatch.
Rest of the country: They take 2-4 business days and are shipped the next business day after your order is placed.
You can use all the payment methods offered by PayU:
– Credit and debit cards.
– PSE.
– Cash payments through Efecty points, Paga Todo, Gana Gana, among others.
– Nequi and Daviplata.
– Consignments in banks.

Yes, both our cocoa and production process are certified organic; therefore we guarantee that each one of them is free of chemicals or agrochemicals.

Yes, all Equiori products are vegan (free of animal derivatives). On our packaging you will find a warning about the presence of traces of soy, milk or some nuts, but this is a legal matter that we must put on the packaging, however, consult your doctor in case it could put your health at risk before consuming it.
Yes, all our products are gluten-free. However, there is the (almost null) possibility of having traces, since in the plant where our products are processed, other products are also produced that do contain gluten. If they can put your health at risk, we recommend that you consult your doctor before consuming them.
Our sugar-free products are sweetened with organic erythritol. This is a natural sweetener from fruits, which provides a sweet taste, but does not modify blood glucose levels, nor does it contribute calories to the body; which makes it suitable for people with insulin resistance, diabetics or those who do not consume sugar.
Our cocoa is 100% Colombian, organic and with triple impact in the regions where it is grown. It comes from 3 different regions of Colombia: Urabá Antioqueño, Huila and Cesar.
The percentage indicates the amount of cocoa in the chocolate bar. If the percentage is higher, then the bar contains more cocoa and is therefore more bitter, but contains much more cocoa benefits. The remaining percentage is made up of the sweetener in the bar and any additions (cocoa nibs or cashews).
