You need: – 230g of dark chocolate drops @equiori. – 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat, the one that comes in a can) – 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) – pinch of salt
Step by step: 1. Heat the milk until it just starts to boil and pour it over the chocolate. 2. Add the salt and vanilla and stir until smooth. 3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to scoop and roll into balls with your hands or a small spoon. 4. If you like, dip the truffles in @equiori cocoa powder, colored sprinkles, crushed nuts, coconut, powdered sugar or melted @equiori chocolate. 5. Place them on a plate lined with waxed paper and refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve. Leftover truffles can be refrigerated for 1-2 months.
