Vegan gluten-free brownies

Hello! Today we bring you a very easy, healthy and vegan recipe that you can make with our cocoa powder and organic chocolate. These cookies are perfect to surprise your family and friends, try them and let us know how they look!
You need:
– 2 tablespoons Equiori organic cocoa.
– 1⁄2 Equiori 65% chocolate bar chopped into pieces that we are going to use as chips.
– 1⁄2 cup coconut flour
– 1 cup oat flour (you make it by processing oat flakes).
– 1⁄2 cup rolled oats (unprocessed)
– 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
– Pinch of sea salt
– 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 1 chia egg (you make it by mixing 1 tablespoon of chia with 3 tablespoons of water)
– 4 tablespoons coconut oil
– 1⁄2 cup maple or bee honey
– 1⁄2 cup peanut butter (you can substitute any other nut or tahini butter)
– 1 medium mashed banana
Step by step:
– Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a tray that you can put in the oven with wax paper. If you don’t have this paper you can simply grease the tray a little.
– Measure the ingredients and add the mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, vanilla and your chia egg to the processor bowl. Process.
– Now add the oat flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cocoa. Process.
– Then transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the chocolate bar pieces and the oat flakes. Mix well with a large spoon. – Help yourself with the spoon and form balls that you are going to put in the tray that you had ready with wax paper.

– Bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown on top and a knife tip comes out clean. (Check after 10 minutes as all ovens are different).
– Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
